Alon Shaya's Israeli restaurant inside The Source Hotel, and it's magnificent. The hummus alone — silky, warm, pooled with brown butter and served with pillowy house-baked laffa — would justify the trip. But the whole menu sings: lamb shoulder, harissa-roasted cauliflower, shakshuka that makes you want to rethink breakfast entirely. The space is vast and golden-lit, like eating inside a honeycomb.
